The service and its operator
These terms describe use of Deline at deline.io and app.deline.io, operated by N.I. Bloom Investments Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (Reg. no. HE 460140, VAT CY60073409S), at Kosta Hadjikakou 10, Atlantis Building 401, Larnaca, Cyprus. Contact us at support@deline.io.
Deline is provided for business use. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the business whose workspace you create or use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. A separate written agreement, if made with N.I. Bloom Investments Ltd, may specify additional terms for that customer.
What the current release provides
The current release provides invoicing and quote workflows, customer and catalogue records, PDF design, payment records, credit notes, reports, team roles and optional Pip assistance. Basic and Pro provide the paid Issue & request review action. Transfer service approval has been received; activation and payment execution are not yet available. The release and help pages explain the available functions and their limits.
It is not currently a full general ledger, tax-filing, payroll or bank-reconciliation service. Where enabled, Plaid bank connections provide account and transaction feeds and let an authorized user match an incoming transaction to an invoice. These features do not initiate money movement. Creating an invoice, marking a payment or recording a refund due does not transfer money. We do not represent Deline as a bank or as a provider-approved payment service.
Your account and team
New accounts must verify email ownership. A separate confirmation and activation wait follows; the workspace remains unavailable until that activation completes. This waiting period does not represent a manual business or identity review. Provide accurate account and business information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share an individual account to bypass team access controls.
Business owners manage invitations, roles and membership. You are responsible for actions taken by your authorised users and for promptly removing access when no longer appropriate. Access to another business requires that business’s permission.
Your records and documents
You retain your rights in the records and other material you supply. You permit us and the providers needed for the service to host, process, transmit and generate documents from that material to provide and support Deline, as described in the Privacy policy. These terms do not grant a general right to use your private records in public marketing.
Supply information you are entitled to use, and give customers and teammates any notices and permissions required for their data. Check customer details, prices, taxes, currencies, exchange rates, payment instructions and generated PDFs before issuing or sending a document.
Issued documents keep their original information and PDF. Later edits to a customer or business profile do not rewrite an issued document. Download the records your business needs and follow an appropriate independent record-keeping process. Deline does not determine your tax obligations or replace your accountant or legal adviser.
Pip and design tools
Pip may produce incomplete or incorrect suggestions. Review the underlying records and each proposed change before confirmation. Its current actions do not issue invoices or move money. Do not enter passwords, bank credentials, card details or unrelated sensitive material in chat, document text or uploads.
You are responsible for the logos, images, fonts and other material you upload or use in a design. Review the generated PDF before issuing it, including after changing a template or inserting an image.
Acceptable use and sharing
Do not use Deline for fraud, unlawful transactions, misleading records, spam, infringing material or attempts to access another person’s data. Do not introduce malicious files, circumvent access controls or disrupt the service.
Share customer invoice links deliberately. An active link permits its holder to view the supported invoice and PDF, and can be forwarded. Revoke a link when you no longer want it to provide access. An email delivery record does not guarantee that the recipient read a message.
Recipient invoice review
Basic or Pro is required to issue an invoice and request recipient review. You must check the invoice details and recipient before confirming this action. Issuing assigns the invoice number and preserves its original contents; later review decisions do not rewrite the issued document or change the invoice balance.
Manual review means the recipient checks the invoice and explicitly responds. It is not a claim that Deline staff performed an independent business, identity, compliance or credit check. An approval records the response through the review link; it does not guarantee performance, reserve funds or authorize a bank payment.
Pro adds optional review instructions, a choice of supported review deadlines and recipient follow-ups subject to sending limits. Send requests and follow-ups only for a genuine business purpose to the intended recipient. Email delivery or an approval does not guarantee payment.
Quotes and customer responses
Prepare and issue a quote or estimate, then download its preserved PDF to share through your usual business process. Record acceptance or decline only after the customer has actually responded. The business and customer remain responsible for their authority, commercial terms and fulfilling their agreement.
Recording a customer response is your workspace update; it does not collect a signature, send a message, independently verify identity or guarantee performance. You can create a revision when an offer changes and convert an accepted quote into an invoice draft for a separate review and issue step.
Recipient quote approval requests and responses through quote approval links are no longer available. Existing quote documents and history are preserved. Recording acceptance or converting a quote does not authorize a debit, initiate a transfer or reserve funds.
Customer invoices and payment records
The business issuing an invoice is responsible for the sale, its accuracy, fulfillment, taxes, customer service and refunds. Customer invoice amounts are separate from Deline software subscriptions.
Card payments for your invoices. If you connect a Stripe account, your customers can pay your invoices by card through Stripe. Payments are charged directly on your own Stripe account under Stripe’s terms (the Stripe Services Agreement), and Stripe’s fees apply. Deline is not a party to those payments, does not hold your funds and takes no fee; switching card payment on for an invoice requires a paid plan. You remain responsible for your sales, refunds, disputes and taxes. You can disconnect Stripe at any time in Stripe. Creating an account or connecting a bank feed does not authorize an invoice payment.
Record a payment only after confirming receipt, and check the payer and purpose before matching an incoming bank transaction. Do not record the same receipt twice. A pending bank entry or a payment claim alone does not confirm receipt. Credit notes and refund-due figures do not initiate a refund; the invoicing business arranges any repayment separately.
Prices, cancellation and refunds
Basic is EUR 19.95 per business workspace per month, VAT included, for issuing invoices and requesting recipient review. Pro is EUR 49.95 per workspace per month, VAT included, and adds custom review instructions, flexible deadlines and review follow-ups. Smart is EUR 29.95 and Complete is EUR 68.50 per workspace per month, VAT included. Unlimited for accountants is EUR 19 per client business per month, VAT included. The first month of every paid plan costs EUR 1 in total; after that the monthly price applies. Enterprise scope and pricing require a separate agreement. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed price unless a price change is separately disclosed and applied. The invoicing business pays the software subscription; a customer’s invoice is a separate transaction.
A workspace owner chooses Basic or Pro and reviews the price and recurring payment details before completing Stripe Checkout. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown before payment. Creating an account, connecting a bank or visiting checkout does not itself authorize a subscription charge.
An owner can cancel from Business settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of the paid subscription period; Paid features remain available until that period ends unless payment or access is otherwise invalid. After paid access ends, new invoices cannot be issued and new review requests or paid follow-ups cannot be sent until a qualifying subscription is active. Existing recipient links remain subject to their original expiry and revocation state. Previously issued invoice documents and payment history are preserved.
Contact support@deline.io with billing errors, refund requests or difficulty canceling. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Our published subscription refund policy allows a full refund requested within 30 calendar days of any subscription payment, including a renewal, without a reason or usage limit. We also honor applicable statutory rights; nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by law.
Subscription cancellation does not delete your account or business records. To request account closure or data deletion, contact support@deline.io so we can verify your authority and explain export and record-retention requirements. Signing out or leaving a workspace does not cancel a subscription.
Availability and ending access
We maintain and improve the service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free output or a fixed recovery time. Maintenance, outages and changes to supported features may affect availability. If something fails, contact support with the affected page and a safe description of the problem.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, a material breach of these terms or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and how to resolve it. Contact us to discuss access to records if a business account is restricted.
Ending access does not automatically erase information that must be retained for the business, a legal obligation or an unresolved matter. The Privacy policy explains requests and retention. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Business use
Deline is for business use only. Users must be 18 or older and authorized to act for the business. Deline does not determine tax obligations, file returns or replace an accountant or lawyer, and it is not a bank or a money transmitter.
