What do the Deline plans include, and what do they cost?

Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in how many people can use the business, how many AI requests you get each month and how quickly support answers. There are no add-ons for features and no transaction fees.

The plans

  • Basic: 1 user, 300 AI requests a month, email support. €19.95 a month.
  • Smart: up to 3 users, 1,000 AI requests a month, chat support. €29.95 a month.
  • Pro: up to 10 users, 3,000 AI requests a month, priority support. €49.95 a month.
  • Complete: unlimited users, 8,000 AI requests a month with fair use, priority support with guided migration and setup. €68.50 a month.

Prices include VAT. The plan screen always shows the exact price for your business, and that price is the one you pay. Your first month costs €1 on a business's first subscription.

What is included in every plan?

Invoices, books, filings, automations, bank connections, payroll and year-end closing. "Basic is more than enough for most businesses."

For accountants and larger groups

  • Unlimited (accountants): for accountants who look after several businesses. Each client business costs €19 a month, VAT included, with unlimited AI.
  • Enterprise: for groups, franchises and larger teams. Contact us; the plan is shaped around how you work.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly and renew each month until you cancel. Only the owner chooses, changes or cancels the plan, in Settings → Plan & billing. When you cancel, issued invoices and records stay available.
