What can the owner switch off?
- What the agent may do: one column for Owners and one for Editors. Untick what you don't want; Deline confirms, for example "The agent will be off for owners and editors." These permissions apply to everyone in the business and are enforced by the server.
- Business agent: it works in the background, preparing invoice drafts from accepted quotes and payment reminder suggestions. Turn off stops queued runs; its past runs, drafts and suggestions stay as they are.
- Viewers can look at the workspace but cannot use the agent.
Can I keep reminders without AI wording?
Yes. With Reminder wording set to Standard · no AI spend, reminders use standard wording and spend nothing.
What can the agent never do?
Post, pay, send or delete: Never. "Always a person's action, with its own confirmation. The agent has no tools for these." Drafts it prepares wait for a person to review them.
Who can change this?
Only an owner. Others see that only an owner can change these permissions.
