Delete a customer

The owner opens the customer and presses Delete customer under Privacy. A customer with invoices or other documents the law requires you to keep cannot be deleted; the button then says Anonymise customer.

Steps

  1. Open the customer from Customers & suppliers.

  2. Under Privacy, press Delete customer.

    Anonymising removes their personal details but keeps the documents.

  3. Confirm.
