Can I see who changed what in my business?

Yes. Activity shows the business's Activity history: every recorded change, who made it and when, from a customer update to an issued invoice or a payment. The history is preserved. Passwords, private links and message content are excluded.

What is recorded?

For example Customer created, Invoice draft updated, Invoice issued, Payment recorded, Credit note issued, Team member added and VAT rate recorded. A change lists the fields it touched, such as the invoice prefix or the payment instructions.

How do I find something?

  • Search activity: search what happened, who or the details.
  • Who: everyone, people, the system or the demo; Person: one team member.
  • Dates: a date range.
  • Load older activity to go further back.

You can also ask the AI assistant about what you see: Ask about this activity.

Can I export it?

Yes. Export gives a CSV spreadsheet or a PDF document of the matching events.

Who can see it?

Every ready-made role can: the owner, the Editor, the Viewer and the Accountant. With custom access, the person needs View the activity history.

And the books?

Posted entries are never edited away: a correction posts an opposite entry and the original stays in the history.
