Where do I get the PrivatBank or monobank token?

You get it from your bank: in Privat24 for Business under Integration (AutoClient), or on api.monobank.ua with the monobank app. The token only lets Deline read your balances and statements. Nothing can move money.

PrivatBank (Privat24 for Business)

These are the steps Deline shows on Get your token:

  • Open Privat24 for Business.
  • Go to Accounting and reports → Integration (AutoClient).
  • Tap Connect API, give it a name and agree.
  • Open ID and token. Copy the token.

monobank (FOP account)

  • Open api.monobank.ua. Deline has a button for it: Open api.monobank.ua.
  • Scan the QR code with the monobank app.
  • Copy the token you see.

Deline reads the FOP account of that monobank. If there is none, it says "No FOP account found in this monobank."

Where do I paste it?

In Banking, connect a bank and answer Which bank do you use?. After the steps, press I have my token, paste it under Paste your token and press Agree and connect. Deline checks it with your bank and says the bank is connected. Your activity arrives within a few minutes.

Is my token safe?

  • It is read-only. Deline uses it only to read balances and statements.
  • It is stored encrypted and never shown again. After connecting you only see Token saved.
  • You can disconnect at any time. To switch the token off at the bank too, delete it in Privat24 → Integration (AutoClient), or revoke it on api.monobank.ua.
  • Never paste your token into the chat with the AI assistant. The Help button explains any step without it.

If something goes wrong

  • "… did not accept this token. Copy it again.": the token was not copied whole or was switched off. Copy it again.
  • "That does not look like a token. Copy all of it.": part of the token is missing.
  • "… allows one check a minute. Try again in a minute.": wait a minute and press Agree and connect again.
  • "This token is for a different account. Connect it as a new bank.": the token belongs to another account holder.
  • "No open account found for this token.": the PrivatBank token sees no open account.
  • Another bank? Upload its statement instead.
