What does Deline show on a bank line?
A section Details from your bank with what the bank sent: Name, Account (IBAN), Company or tax code and, for card payments, Card category. A line from a bank that sends none of these shows nothing extra.
How are bills ordered when I pay a bill?
Choose Pay a bill on a money-out line. Deline lists open bills that can take the whole payment, and puts first:
- bills of a supplier you paid before at this IBAN: Paid this supplier at this bank account before,
- bills of a supplier you paid before under this ЄДРПОУ or РНОКПП: Paid this supplier under this tax code before,
- bills of the supplier the bank names: Supplier named by your bank.
Press Record payment of … for the bill you choose. That payment teaches Deline the IBAN and code for next time.
And for money coming in?
On a money-in line, Deline uses the same details to point at the customer: Customer's tax code matches or Paid from this account before.
What about card payments?
The bank adds a card category. Deline only uses it as a hint, for example Record as an expense or Record as a transfer. Nothing changes until you press Record.
If something goes wrong
- The wrong supplier comes first: the list is only an order. Pick the right bill; Deline also remembers that supplier for this IBAN.
- No details on the line: the line came from a statement file or from a bank that does not send them.
Explanation written from the Deline app's own screens and texts (build eba146497 (Deline cf723fe1f)); it has no steps to check.
