What limits are there?
- Your daily allowance: "Shared across your businesses. Resets at 00:00 UTC."
- The plan's AI requests a month for the whole business, such as "300 AI requests a month" on Basic. When they are used up: "This business has used this month's AI requests. They renew on the 1st, or a bigger plan includes more."
- At most 4 requests a minute and 40 requests a day per person.
- Each request "reserves its maximum possible cost before it starts", so it never goes over your allowance.
Where do I see my use?
On the Agent activity page, under Usage: Your requests today, Your daily allowance and This business today. Voice mode and the business agent's AI wording use the same allowances.
What is in AI add-ons?
Under AI allowance in Settings → Plan & billing: "Your agent has a daily allowance. These add-ons will let you go further when it runs out."
- Reset today's limit: One-time, for today, €4.99.
- Agent credits: Extra agent usage, valid 30 days, €10.
- AI Plus: Twice the daily allowance, €19 a month.
These buttons cannot be pressed yet. Until then, a bigger plan gives more AI requests a month.
If something goes wrong
- "You've used today's AI allowance. Your agent is back when it resets.": wait until 00:00 UTC.
- "The business spending limit is set up incorrectly, so the agent is paused for everyone until the administrator fixes it.": contact support.
