Where do I turn it on or off?
In Settings → Your agent, on the Business agent card. Only an owner can do it: "Only a business owner can turn the business agent on or off and see who pays for it." Press Turn on, choose the jobs and who pays, and confirm. Turn off asks "Turn off the business agent?": "Queued runs stop and no new work starts. Its past runs, drafts and suggestions stay as they are."
When does it run?
- Invoice drafts from accepted quotes: When a quote was accepted. It makes an invoice draft; you check and issue it.
- Payment reminder suggestions: Daily. It suggests a reminder for an overdue invoice; a person approves it and sends it from the invoice.
- Run now starts a job at once: "Queued. It runs within a few minutes."
What can it never do?
"It can never approve, send, pay, post or delete; a suggested reminder waits for a person." It gets only the access these two jobs need.
Who pays for it?
Only its optional AI wording uses an allowance. Under Who pays for its optional wording you choose My own daily allowance or A daily allowance for this business (USD 0.25 to 6.00 a day). With Standard · no AI spend, or when the allowance is used up, reminders use standard wording and spend nothing.
Where do I see what it did?
Recent activity lists "Everything the business agent did, newest first, with the records it created." You also see its runs on the Agent activity page.
