What does each warning mean?
- No new lines since …: "Anything from … to today is missing until the feed updates." Press Update now.
- The bank asks you to reconnect: "Lines from … to today are missing until you reconnect." Press Reconnect. See Reconnect your bank.
- No lines … – …: "… days with nothing from the bank. If money moved then, the feed may have skipped those days." If you know nothing moved, press It was quiet. If money did move, upload that month's statement.
The account also shows Lines … – …, the days the feed covers.
Will lines arrive twice if I upload a statement?
No. A file that was already imported is refused: "This file was already imported on …." The feed stores each bank movement once, so a later update does not repeat lines you already have.
How do I know the books are complete?
When you reconcile a statement, Deline compares its opening balance with the last closing balance: "The last statement of this account closed at … on …. This one opens at …: some movements may be missing."
If something goes wrong
- "Your bank isn't answering right now": try again in a few minutes.
- "Bank access ended": "Connect the bank again to keep your activity up to date."
