Why has my access to my bank ended?

By law, banks ask for your consent again every 90 to 180 days. When that time is up, your bank stops sending activity until you reconnect. It isn't a fault in Deline, and your history stays just as it is.

What does Deline show?

  • Your access to … ends on …: the end is coming. Reconnect before that day.
  • Your access to … has ended or … needs you to reconnect: the feed has stopped.
  • The bank shows Needs attention instead of Connected.

Deline says: "Reconnect on your bank's own page so your activity keeps coming in. It stays read-only, as before."

How do I reconnect?

Press Reconnect … on the bank. Deline explains why in Time to reconnect …; it takes about a minute. You approve the access again on your bank's own page, outside Deline. See Reconnect your bank.

For PrivatBank or monobank in Ukraine, you paste a new token instead: Paste a new token. See Where do I get the PrivatBank or monobank token?

Who can reconnect?

Only owners and editors can reconnect a bank.

If something goes wrong

  • A few weeks are missing: activity missed while the access was ended arrives with the next update. If a month is still missing, import that month's statement file.
