How do I disconnect a bank?

Open Banking → Bank connections, find the bank and press Disconnect. Deline asks Disconnect {name}?; press Disconnect bank to go ahead, or Keep connection to change your mind. Only an owner sees Disconnect.

What is removed, and what stays?

  • Removed: "This removes the bank connection, its account balances and imported transaction feed from this business."
  • Kept: "Invoice payments you already recorded are kept, with the reference needed to explain each match. Disconnecting does not reverse a payment."

Disconnecting never moves money and does not close your account at the bank.

A Ukrainian bank connected with a token

Disconnecting stops Deline from using the token. To switch the token off at the bank too:

  • PrivatBank: delete it in Privat24 → Integration (AutoClient).
  • monobank: revoke it on api.monobank.ua.

Can I connect the bank again later?

Yes, the same way you connected it the first time (see Connect your bank).

If something goes wrong

  • The dialog says "Finish disconnecting {name}": the bank did not confirm in time. Press Retry disconnect.
  • You don't see Disconnect: only an owner can disconnect a bank. Ask the owner.
