Download an invoice as PDF

Open the invoice and press Download PDF. Deline saves the same PDF your customer receives, named after the invoice number.

Steps

  1. Open the invoice from Sales & invoices.

  2. Press Download PDF.

    The PDF uses your invoice design from Settings → Brand & documents.

If something goes wrong

  • A draft has no number yet: issue it first; a draft downloads as a preview.
