Why can't I create another demo business?

You can have one demo business per country, and you already have one for this country. Open it from the business switcher, or reset it to start again with fresh example data. Deline says: "You already have a demo business for this country. Open it from the business switcher, or reset it."

What is a demo business?

A business filled with example data, so you can try every part of the app safely. Nothing in it is real, nothing is sent, nothing is filed, and it never needs a plan.

Where do I manage my demos?

In Settings → Demo businesses:

  • Open: go to that demo.
  • Try the … demo: create a demo for another country (Spain, Cyprus, Ukraine or the United States), when one is offered.
  • Reset demo: refill it with fresh example data.
  • Hold to delete demo: press and hold for one and a half seconds to delete it.

If something goes wrong

  • "The demo could not be filled completely. Reset it to try again.": press Reset demo.
  • A demo for a country is not offered: demos are offered only for the countries this server has switched on.
