Can Deline collect payments by SEPA direct debit?

No. Deline does not create SEPA direct debit mandates, remittance files (remesas) or bank collections. Your customers pay by bank transfer to the bank details on your invoice, or by card through your own Stripe account when card payment is on.

How do customers pay, then?

  • Bank transfer: the bank details saved for your business print on new invoices. When the money arrives, match the bank line to the invoice in Reconcile.
  • Card: with Stripe connected, an issued invoice can show the Stripe payment button. See Who pays the card fees, and can I add a card surcharge?

What if I collect by direct debit in my bank?

You can still do that outside Deline. When the collection lands in your bank, record it like any other customer payment: match the bank line to the invoice, or use Match manually when one bank line pays several invoices.
