How do I see the work still waiting for me?

Open the Work inbox. It lists the internal invoice discussions that involve you: Assigned to you, You were mentioned or You took part. Use the Open, Resolved and All filters to see what is still waiting.

What else waits for someone?

  • In the books, Records to post lists what still needs a review or posting.
  • On the Agent activity page, Approvals holds the business agent's suggestions waiting for a person.
  • Tasks lists the tasks you and your team made.

Who sees a discussion?

"Internal invoice discussions that involve you. Only members with access to the invoice can see them." Your customer never sees them, and "Resolving the discussion does not change the invoice."

How do I start one?

"Ask a question from an invoice's timeline to start one." Assign it to a teammate with Assign to.
