What Deline does
- Spain: prepares the month for each person (Monthly salary or Hours worked), shows gross, IRPF, Social Security, net pay and employer cost, and creates journal drafts.
- Cyprus: works out pay, social insurance, GESY and PAYE, prepares the journal draft, shows the payslip and the TD63, and prepares a social insurance (SIS) file to download.
- Ukraine: works out gross pay, ПДФО, military levy and ЄСВ, posts the run to your books and gives the quarterly Д1 / 4ДФ figures as CSV files.
A draft is not posted until someone who may approve and post journals approves it.
What Deline does not do
- It does not pay salaries or payroll taxes.
- It does not file anything: not with Social Security or the AEAT in Spain, not on Tax For All (TFA) or with the Social Insurance Services in Cyprus, not in the Електронний кабінет in Ukraine.
- It does not cover every case. Cases it does not support say so, for example "This situation isn't supported by payroll here yet. Your adviser can handle this person's month."
Who can use payroll?
The owner and the accountant. An owner sets payroll up first. If it is not on yet, Deline says "Payroll isn't switched on for this business yet. Ask support to turn it on."
