Export the aged receivables for your accountant

The aged receivables list every customer who owes you money, split by how late the money is: not yet due, 1–30 days, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90. Your accountant uses it at month-end and year-end.

  • A paid invoice still shows: record the payment (see Record a payment on an invoice) or reconcile the bank line, then export again.
  • You need what you owe suppliers instead: in Show, choose Suppliers you owe, then export.
