What happens when I confirm something the AI assistant prepared?

Nothing is created until you confirm. The AI assistant shows a card with the details; when you press its button, the app does it exactly as if you had done it yourself, with all of its usual checks. A draft stays a draft: nothing is issued, sent or posted by confirming it.

What does the card show?

  • A title such as Create invoice draft, Create customer, Create quote draft or Save product or service, and "Review the details before creating this draft. It will remain unissued."
  • For an invoice, the Proposed line items and the Draft total, with "Creates a draft for you to review. Nothing is issued or sent."
  • For any other change the app can make, the question "Should the app do this now?" and a Confirm button.

What happens after I confirm?

  • The card says Confirmed by you, then Saved to your workspace, with a link such as Open invoice or Open customers.
  • An invoice draft is still a draft. You check it and issue it yourself.
  • A bill draft waits for you to approve and post it in Bills; a journal draft waits in Journals.

Can I say no?

Yes. Just don't confirm, or press Deny where the card offers it. Nothing is saved.

If something goes wrong

  • "Workspace details have changed since this preview. Nothing was created. Ask again for a fresh preview."
  • "This preview has expired. Ask again for a new one."
  • "The result has not been confirmed. Check this action's status before doing anything else.": press Check action status. Deline then says "No record has been created from this action. You can review and confirm it." or shows what was saved.
  • Earlier action outcome unknown: "A record may already exist. Review your workspace records before doing anything similar; do not repeat the earlier request."
