What can the AI assistant do in Deline?

What can it read?

• Customers, invoices, quotes, products and services in the business, and a summary such as how much is unpaid or overdue.
• Reports from your books: profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, ageing, and whether a foreign-currency month-end is complete. It quotes the books' own amounts and does not recalculate them.
• What your business has sent to the books, and what is waiting or was refused, with the reason.
• Your What you file table, to answer which tax returns usually apply to you and when.
• Earlier chats in this business and the notes it was asked to remember.
• Deline's own guides, and how to export data from your old program.

What can it prepare?

• Create invoice draft, Create customer, Create quote draft and Save product or service: each shows a card first. With a new customer, Create all saves the customer and the invoice draft together.
• Other changes the app can make, such as issuing or sending an invoice, recording a payment, setting reminders, matching a bank line or a recurring schedule: a card asks "Should the app do this now?" and nothing happens until you press Confirm.
• A journal draft that is not posted. You post it in Journals.
• A supplier bill draft for you to check, approve and post in Bills. A new supplier is only added with your confirmation: Create supplier and bill draft.
• A new task, or a change to a task, for you to confirm in Tasks.

What does it not do?

• Post, pay, send or delete: Never. "Always a person's action, with its own confirmation. The agent has no tools for these."
• It does not guess tax treatment or invent tax IDs, and it does not file anything with a tax office.
• It only does what your role and the owner's settings in Settings → Your agent allow.

Where do I find it?

On the AI page, and in the Agent panel on every screen. Starter buttons such as Prepare an invoice, Enter a bill or This month's profit give it a first task.
