Does Deline send e-invoices (Peppol, Facturae, VeriFactu)?

Only where a country's own system is built in: VeriFactu records for Spain, once Spanish invoices are issued in Deline, and tax invoices (ПН) registered in ЄРПН for a Ukrainian ПДВ payer. Deline does not send Peppol, Facturae (FACe) or any other e-invoice network format. Everywhere else, an invoice goes to your customer as a PDF by email, with a customer link.

Spain: VeriFactu

When Spanish invoices are issued in Deline, each one gets a VeriFactu record that goes to the AEAT, and the invoice shows its status, such as Registered with AEAT. For now Deline is bookkeeping only in Spain: it does not issue Spanish invoices until VeriFactu is ready. The Basque Country and Navarre are not supported: "Businesses in the Basque Country and Navarre file under their own foral rules (TicketBAI / Batuz / Navarre)."

Ukraine: tax invoices (ПН)

For a ПДВ payer, Deline builds a ПН from each issued invoice. You sign it with your КЕП and Deline sends it to the ДПС cabinet for registration in ЄРПН. Nothing is sent before you confirm.

Cyprus and other countries

Deline has no e-invoicing connection. You send the invoice PDF by email, or share a customer link.

What about invoices for public bodies?

Deline cannot send invoices through Spain's FACe or any other government e-invoice portal. If a customer needs one, issue it in software that supports that format.
