What does "prepared" mean?
In Settings, the tax tab (IVA in Spain, VAT in Cyprus) lists What you file: the filings that usually apply to a business like yours. Each one says who prepares it:
- Prepared here: Deline builds it from your books.
- You or your accountant: Deline does not prepare it.
Approving a prepared return records your approval of those exact figures. "Preparing, downloading and recording a receipt do not submit anything to the tax authority."
By country
- Spain: the Modelo 303 estimate and other figures are prepared; you file at the AEAT yourself.
- Cyprus: the VAT 4 return and the VIES statement are prepared; you file on Tax For All yourself.
- Ukraine: the ПДВ declaration can be signed with your КЕП and sent to the ДПС cabinet from Deline. It is filed only when its receipt says Accepted. The single-tax declaration, payroll reports and ЄСВ reports are not filed by Deline.
- Other countries: What you file covers Spain and Cyprus only for now (Ukrainian declarations are in Accounting → Reports). An accountant can tell you what applies.
Is the list of filings complete?
It is a guide based on your country, legal structure and tax registrations in Settings → Business. Some structures and regions have filings the list does not cover; Deline says so above the list. For dates, follow the tax authority's own calendar or ask your accountant.
Explanation written from the Deline app's own screens and texts (build eba146497 (Deline cf723fe1f)); it has no steps to check.
