How do tax invoices (ПН) work in Deline?

Where are the tax invoices?

In Accounting → Reports, on the card Tax invoices (ПН) for ЄРПН. It appears only when the business is a ПДВ payer. It lists the month's issued invoices with Invoice, Customer, Total and Status. Move between months on the VAT declaration card.

What does a ПН need?

• The ІПН платника ПДВ and the ДПС codes (ДПС region code (C_REG) and ДПС office code (C_STI)) in Settings → Business → Ukrainian tax details.
• A ДКПП code on each line. Set Default ДКПП code for service lines (ПН) in the same card; ЄРПН refuses a line without a ДКПП or УКТ ЗЕД code. Codes per line for goods (УКТ ЗЕД) are not supported yet.
• Lines at the Ukrainian ПДВ rates: 20 %, 14 %, 7 % or 0 %.
• Your КЕП key read on the Filing to the ДПС card, and the signatory's name and РНОКПП.

If something is missing, the button stays off and tells you why, for example "Read your КЕП key first".

What about a customer without an ІПН?

The customer line shows Customer without ІПН. The ПН is still made, and it stays with you, the seller.

What happens after I register?

Deline says ПН for invoice … was sent for registration. The ПН then appears under Submissions with its status: Sent, waiting for receipt №2, Accepted (with its registration number), Rejected or Failed. Press Check receipts to fetch the cabinet's answer.

If sending to the cabinet is not switched on, the ПН stays Prepared, not sent. Press Download XML and register it in the Електронний кабінет yourself.

Who can register a ПН?

Only someone allowed to sign with the business's КЕП: the owner, or a member the owner allowed to file. Everyone else sees Not registered in the status column.
