How do I share an invoice by link?

Open the issued invoice, go to Send & share and press Create 30-day link. Copy the new link with Copy link and send it to your customer any way you like: a chat message, your own email or a text. The link opens this invoice for 30 days.

Where do I find it?

  • Open the invoice from Sales & invoices and choose Send & share. Under Customer links, press Create 30-day link.
  • The new link appears under New customer link. Deline says "Customer link created. Copy it now; the full link is shown only here." Press Copy link straight away: once you leave, the full link is not shown again. If you lose it, create a new one.
  • A draft has no link yet: Deline shows Not issued yet. Issue the invoice first.

What does my customer see?

The invoice itself, read-only, and they can download its original PDF. When online payment is enabled, they can also pay the amount remaining. A link opens this one document only, nothing else in your business.

How long does a link work?

30 days from when you create it. The list under Customer links shows each link as Active link with the day it expires, or as Expired or Revoked. When a link has expired, create a new one.

How do I stop a link?

Press Revoke link next to it and confirm. Deline says "Customer link revoked. It can no longer open this invoice." Revoked links stay listed so you can see what was shared.

Can I send the link by email from Deline?

Yes: Send invoice in the same place emails the original PDF together with a 30-day customer link.
