Can Deline file my declaration to the ДПС with my КЕП?

Yes, for the monthly ПДВ declaration and the tax invoices (ПН), when sending to the cabinet is switched on. You sign in your own browser with the business's КЕП; Deline only relays the signed, encrypted report to the ДПС cabinet and keeps the receipts. A filing is done only when its receipt says Accepted.

How does signing work?

On the Filing to the ДПС card in Accounting → Reports:

  • Press Choose key file and pick your Key file (Key-6.dat, .jks or .pfx), type the Key password and press Read key. The key file and the password stay on your device. Deline shows Key read: with the key holder's name and says it is forgotten after 20 minutes. Forget key removes it sooner.
  • Fill in Signatory (director or ФОП) and Signatory РНОКПП (10 digits).
  • After you approved the month, press Sign and file this declaration. Deline asks Sign and file the … declaration? and shows the amount, the signatory and the filing date.
  • Confirm. Deline says The declaration was signed and sent.

How do I know it was accepted?

Look at Submissions. Each filing shows its status:

  • Prepared, not sent: nothing went to the ДПС.
  • Sent, waiting for receipt №2: press Check receipts later.
  • Accepted, with the Registration number: the ДПС accepted it.
  • Rejected or Failed: the Receipt column shows why.

What does Deline not file?

  • The single-tax declaration, the payroll report (Д1 / 4ДФ), the ЄСВ reports and the annual profit-tax declaration. Deline prepares figures or CSV files; you file them in the Електронний кабінет.
  • A ПДВ declaration that needs annexes Deline does not produce. The card says Annexes required and "e-filing from here is refused"; download the XML and file it with the annexes in the Електронний кабінет.
  • Anything at all when sending is not switched on. The card then says "Sending to the cabinet is not switched on here: download the prepared XML and file it in the Електронний кабінет."

Who can sign and file?

Only the owner, by default. No role includes filing. The owner can allow one person to file through custom access in Settings → People & access: Sign and submit tax filings to the tax office with the business's key (КЕП). Everyone else sees "The owner signs and files with the business's КЕП. To file yourself, ask the owner to allow tax filing for you in Team."

If something goes wrong

  • The button stays off: the reason shows next to it: "Read your КЕП key first", "Enter the signatory" or "Enter the signatory's 10-digit РНОКПП".
  • There is no Sign and file button: approve the month's figures first (see How do I approve the monthly ПДВ declaration in Deline?).
  • The key was forgotten: after 20 minutes Deline forgets the key. Read it again.
