How do I record a РК or return from a supplier in Ukraine?

What do I fill in?

The form shows the bill's Bill, Paid, Credited before, Still owed and Can still be credited amounts. Under What the supplier sent choose:

• A РК to the supplier's ПН (row 14): add the РК number and РК compiled on. "You register the decrease in ЄРПН within 18 days of receiving the РК."
• A return or refunded prepayment with no registered РК (row 15).

Then add the number, dates and a Reason, and keep the lines under What the supplier credited. The form shows the supplier's ПН and whether it is Registered in ЄРПН or Not registered in ЄРПН yet. A РК to a ПН that is not registered yet is refused.

What does Check show?

Press Check. Under What the books will record you see the Credit note total, whether it Reduces what you owe or becomes a Refund to receive, and "ПДВ declaration …: row … …". For row 14 Deline adds "Row 14 needs annex Д1." and "Register the РК in ЄРПН by …." Then press Record credit note.

How do I note the ЄРПН date?

The bill lists Credit notes on this bill, with ЄРПН by … until you record it. Press Record ЄРПН date, choose the ЄРПН registration date and press Save date. Deline does not register the РК in ЄРПН for you: you do that yourself.

The bill is already paid. What now?

Use Credit a paid bill. A credit larger than what you still owed becomes a Refund to receive. When the money arrives, match the bank line in Reconcile as Supplier refund received and press Record refund received.
